None of these things I listed have anything to do with governance.  Nobody is debating whether the board meetings should proceed in the open or be recorded and posted.  All of that _already_ happens.  My point was that it would be inappropriate to negotiate with potential service providers about that sort of thing on a mailing list with a whole lot of observers.  I hope it is not controversial to suggest that negotiating contractual terms for services is not really the sort of thing this list ought to be used for.
