Dear All,

I agree with Caleb, as Chapter elected members of the BOT of trustees we are not paid for our service at the board. Actually, there have been a lot of cost cutting in our operations in accordance to financials presented by the CEO. Contracts and staff management are his responsibility and of course we hear from his decisions which is different to be consulted with. You may read about the scope of action that we have as members of the board. However, I am happy to contribute in my personal capabilities with Joly’s activity and his compromise with the Internet.
