Dear Joel Okomoli,

Thank you for your volunteer service to the Internet Society and to your
local community.
I'd like to correct an assumption in your email that the Board of Trustees
are paid for their services on the Board.

On the contrary, no we are not paid for our services on the board.
In fact we are co-volunteers like you on the board fighting to defend the
Internet we all love as per ISOC's mission.
To further give more information about what we do on the board and to clear
the air that *no previous or current Board of Trustees members are paid for
their service on the board, please check out this link as this is a public
fact.*

Thank you once again for your service as we continue to volunteer,
collaborate, and work together for the Internet Society we all love.
