Hey there,

Thanks a lot @Andrew for the info you've shared so far. Reading through
everything, it seems like there's a pretty strong reaction from the
community about the decision and how it was made. I'm really keen to
understand if you/staff get any thoughts from the folks who use Joly's
service the most or from any of the community leaders before the
termination of the agreement? Community take on things could really shed
some light on how useful the service is and maybe point out some options
you haven't thought about yet. Also, did the team try reaching out to  the
community to look into different ways to keep the service going before
deciding to cut it?
