Does the BOT have the teeth to check the CEO before he/she makes potentially
difficult or community-affecting decisions? What if one day ISOC gets a CEO
who does not care about the Internet and does not care about the ISOC
community? Should the CEO and staff be left to make decisions that
potentially break the back of ISOC as we know it without checks and
balances?
