[Chapter-delegates] New Chapter Portal Management

Dear all,
The new platform has better features but as you navigate through it based
on the video and/or the how-to manual I get some missing features. I don't
know why that is so? Isn't the same software modules used for all of us? As
long as we are in the same user group, how and why do these things happen -
different missing items/features for different users? From the
software/solution/platform side the same or similar issue needs to happen
to all of us. Yes, as end users we may face various challenges which we can
learn from each other.
I hope our requests will be solved as quickly as possible - within 24 hours
- as declared.
