[Chapter-delegates] vote/poll on 2 chapter issues (was: Consensus Call for Proposed ChAC Advice to ISOC Board)

Hello everyone,


Every chapter delegate is asked to vote on the 2 issues presented on 
June 17:


> *1.* The first proposal is that the Chapter Delegate email list

As of right now, there are 35 completed responses to the ChAC survey.

Invitations sent:

      68 opened (68.7%)
      28 unopened (28.3%)
      3 bounced (3.0%)


Polling ends at the end of Monday July 1.  Your voice is important for 
this process.
