[Chapter-delegates] Follow up of sent survey for the Consensus Call of the 2 Proposed ChAC Advices to ISOC Board

Just to note ... that usually when a vote is sent to Chapters, there is:

   a) a heads-up email about the upcoming vote sent to the Chapters before the 
actual ballot is sent-out;

   b)  the actual ballot is emailed out;

   c) a notification email (distinct from the actual ballot) that is sent to 
Chapters informing them that the ballot has been sent to them, and to look for 
it in their Inbox/Spam folders;

   d) an email reminder sent in the middle of the voting period, say a week 
before the deadline;

   e)  a final reminder to vote emailed a few days before the deadline.

In this case, we are getting only the last of the above [e], and it is only 
thanks to Olivier that many of us know about the vote at all.

P.S.  also please *check your ballots carefully* to see if you can vote on 
question 2 (Joly / ISOC LIVE), as the replacement ballot sent to me contains 
only question 1 (mailing list).
