[Chapter-delegates] Hurricane Beryl

Dear Stuart,

Thank you for your initiative.

I have had a quick look at your ideas and am interested in the proposed
topic area. At the moment, I don't have solid things to input yet, but
please note that I do have interest in exploring the collaboration. Climate
change and natural disasters are crucial issues and they are impacting
everywhere including my city more severely. I am willing to contribute to a
more sustainable world.
