[Chapter-delegates] Hurricane Beryl

Dear all, I also wonder if in the past ISOC or certain of its chapters have
developed a set of guidelines to do in preparation before and after such
natural disasters that are pending (hurricanes and typhoons are probably at
least like you can get some warning of compared with let's say
earthquakes). It may be one thing worthwhile for us including myself and
Caleb to check with the Foundation and staff about any such experience, so
in this or future occurrences chapters and local communities can be more
quickly offered assistance. This may become more useful as we face more
extreme weather conditions all over the world from climate change.

And of course, we hope for the best for our friends and communities and all
the people in the region.
