Just to mention it: with another big service ISOC gave a good example for eating tasty "own dog food" before.
In 2017, after many years of distress, there was one more relaunch of the ISOC Website. Just another relaunch? Nope. IMHO it was a change of culture. It was for the first time for an ISOC Website that Open Standards, Accessibility, privacy, communication with the community, Open Source, and auditable issue tracking ... (call it best practices) played and play an important role. I estimate this a impressive success and another proof of concept (kudos to Dan York).
