Just to mention it: with another big service ISOC gave a good
example for eating tasty "own dog food" before.

In 2017, after many years of distress, there was one more
relaunch of the ISOC Website. Just another relaunch? Nope. IMHO it
was a change of culture. It was for the first time for an ISOC
Website that Open Standards, Accessibility, privacy, communication
with the community, Open Source, and auditable issue tracking ... (call
it best practices) played and play an important role. I estimate
this a impressive success and another proof of concept (kudos to
Dan York).
