[Chapter-delegates] Please review your draft performance evaluation reports and address missing items by 31 October!

Dear Colleagues,



This is to let you know that the draft 2023 year-end performance evaluation reports are now available for review in the chapter portal (AMS).



How to view your chapter's draft evaluation report:

- Log into the chapter portal (AMS)<https://admin.internetsociety.org/622619/User/Login>
- Choose your chapter under "My Chapters and Special Interest Groups (SIG)"

 Once you're on your Chapter Dashboard, do the following:
- Click on "My Chapter Profile"
- Then click on the "Evaluations" tab there
- Under "Chapter/SIG Evaluations History", look for the "November 2023" round and click on "View"; this will bring you to your draft evaluation report.



Please check if there's anything missing that would need to be updated. If so, please reach out to your Regional Community Engagement Manager for support.



! Please note:
This is only the first draft report - some updates to chapter records may not be reflected in this draft report. Attendance figures for the regional calls and participation in the Chapter Advisory Council Steering Committee elections will be updated in the chapter records before the final report.



The deadline for any additional updates is 31 October 2023. After this date, additional updates may not be considered.

The final chapter performance evaluation results and awarded badge will be announced on 22 November 2023.
