[Chapter-delegates] ISOC's regional engagement

+1 Veni. Yes, many of us feel very sorry for the loss of good people, people who 
listened, helped, and whom we've worked with for over a decade at the 
local/regional level. Thank you Veni for first raising the matter on-list.
