[Chapter-delegates] Announcement of the 2024 Chapters Advisory Council Steering Committee election results

Dear Colleagues,

Congratulations to all elected leaders and on behalf of ISOC Armenia thank
you all for the trust.
I will do my best with the help of chapter's board and members to make the
Internet a better place for as many people as possible.
