[Chapter-delegates] Internet Shutdown in Gaza

Hi,

I will stop this discussion because it leads nowhere  Who has damaged the 
internet infrastructure in Gaza and who should take the 
responsivility to repaire it?

We  as ISOC members should support 
the idea that internet infrastructure should work everywere as
"internet is for everyone". This is clear and does not need any other 
discussion.
