[Chapter-delegates] Application to start an Internet Society Chapter in Bengaluru (Bangladore) India: Request for Review and Comments

Dear Akinbo,

Technically, there was an established and recognised  ISOC Bangalore
Chapter which was not operational for last few years.  The new people are
simply trying to rejuvenate it back.

With this there will be seven chapters in india.
