[Chapter-delegates] 2023 ISOC Japan Chapter officers

Dear all,

The Internet Society Japan Chapter (ISOC-JP) held the Annual General
Meeting on December 13, 2022 in Tokyo. There, we conducted the election of
officers.
The positions of this year's ISOC-JP officers have been determined by
mutual vote at the first officers' meeting as follows:

* Chair: Toshio TACHIBANA
* Vice Chair: Mariko KOBAYASHI (*)
* Program Chair: Taiji KIMURA
* Secretary: Ryo KAJIWARA
* Treasurer: Tomohiro FUJISAKI (*)

(officers denoted with * were elected in the AGM)
