Dear delegate.....
My name is Yahaya Coulibaly from Republic of Mali a PhD holder in Computer
Science and IEEE Senior member. I am a co-founder of Mali School of
Internet Governance and top trainer of Internet Governance for ISOC Mali
Chapter.
My aim for being a candidate for 2023 ChCA Steering Committee is to work
hand in hand with other members in developing appropriate policies to
extend Internet reach worldwide in termes of infrastructures and services
and also to enhance Internet Governance in order to maximize better use of
Internet in education,  healthcare and agriculture via robust wireless
community networks.
Viting for me is helping me help the internet community at large.
I master English, French and Arabic
Together for large use of a secure and more beneficial Internet.
