[Chapter-delegates] A request for advice from the Board of Trustees

Thanks, Ted.
I was wondering if I need to write, since there was only one comment in 
the last five days. Perhaps the alarming lack of comments on such a 
topic could be of help for the BoT - and hopefully the BoT would be able 
to use this alarm for some positive work and outcome.
