[Chapter-delegates] Request for support: Statement "Tear Down the Walls Splintering Our Internet"

Hi Veni,

Official bodies, authorized,  that care for the integrity of Internet 
for Europe RIPE NCC and for the world ICANN and ISOC have provided clear 
answers. Until they are not changed due to some other new circumstances 
that may appear we will support what they have written.  Please read the 
report mailed by NL ISOC.
