You’ll find below the initial statement of Andrew Sullivan, explaining why we must resist calls to undermine the Internet in times of political conflict. We've also added a quick analysis of the various efforts to disconnect Russia from the Internet, with a high level overview of what impacts those efforts would have on the Internet. And the last two documents are Internet Impact Briefs on Russian Network refusals and the requests to ICANN and RIPE NCC to block Russia’s access to the Internet.
