[Chapter-delegates] Welcome Internet Society Romania Chapter!

Hi
The last email from Kathy is an indication that this method of notice is
redundant. There are too many emails.  Please consider using other
collaborative tools, otherwise a good number of people will unsubscribe to
the list.

I am President of our Chapter but my work emails come to my personal email
box and I’ve missed a few emails in between the plethora of emails this
elist.
