[Chapter-delegates] Invitation: Join us for a conversation on WTSA-20 - Wednesday, February 23, 2022

Thanks for organizing it, Elizabeth.
This is in some way a continuation of the call ISOC Bulgaria organized 
couple of weeks ago (sigh, on a Sunday). Hope that this time we'll have 
more chapters join.
Those of chapters leaders, who may have the opportunity to talk to their 
national telecom administrations (Ministries, Regulators and alike), 
please, do so as soon as you can, to let them know if you or your 
members are available to support them as experts on the %subject. Would 
be good to see some chapters join their national delegations, and 
provide knowledge.
