[Chapter-delegates] 2022 end-of-year Chapter Performance Evaluations: Final results now available.

I am an officer of the Accessibility SG, as well as regular member of some
other chapters. I do not see anything.

I have a couple of questions.

1) This is only available to Chapter Officers operating to their own
chapter, correct? It doesn't work for regular members?

2) It is my understanding that SG/SIGS do not have the same reporting
requirements as Chapters. Are they included in the same evaluation process?

3) Or am I missing something?
