[Chapter-delegates] Full Chapters Advisory Council meeting on 7 September 2022, 14:15 UTC

Thank you for the notice Adebunmi.

I was expecting a notice to a ChAC meeting a bit sooner, and i have a few 
questions:

a)  Isn't this notice also going-out to the ISOC Chapter Delegates 
<chapter-delegates at elists.isoc.org>, for the benefit of those ChAC 
representatives who may have turned-off email notices from Connect?

b)  I was also expecting a Zoom link directly to the ChAC meeting, instead of 
requiring ChAC representatives to register for Community Week, that is -- 
shouldn't the ChAC meeting have an open invitation to all designated ChAC 
representatives without having to also register for Community Week? (though this 
would certainly boost the numbers for Community Week registrations)
