Dear Flávio and the whole Brazilian Internet community, extensive to the
world Internet community:

On behalf of El Salvador's Chapter, and from me, personally, we send our
deepest condolences to all of you.
Tadao's departure is a great loss to this community, but through his
legacy, which we celebrate and share, he will stay with us.
