[Chapter-delegates] What should ISOC's future goals be? How can we work toward achieving them as ISOC Chapters?

I guess this was addressed to George and Muhammad (and all chapters'
delegates).

All,
I am afraid that Alan might be right, when he says that the chapters
might be disappointed / disillusioned and might not provide a lot of
feedback. I was hesitant if I should respond, too, as we have discussed
similar items in the past, and the result has been always the same - a
lot of emails, and no outcome whatsoever.
But, given the fact that two of our chapter-elected Trustees are asking
us questions, I still feel it's good to answer.
