[Chapter-delegates] What should ISOC's future goals be? How can we work toward achieving them as ISOC Chapters?

If there is any evidence that organization members are dictating to the staff what work to do, I would like to see it.  I will state very strongly that I do not believe we attend to the organization members more than to chapters, and that chapters' views affect my own priorities in an important way.

I have never heard that argument advanced in my presence, and if I did I would object using similar arguments to those you advanced.
