[Chapter-delegates] What should ISOC's future goals be? How can we work toward achieving them as ISOC Chapters?

The process to apply for Beyond the Net grants is pretty simple, and can be done entirely online.

Can you describe problems that have prevented chapters from applying for them, or some activities that
should have been funded and weren't because the grant process was too difficult.

Occasionally we hear chapters say "give us more money for randcom overhead with no strings" but I don't think
that is going to happen.
