[Chapter-delegates] membership in this list

Thanks, Dave.
This is the chapter-delegates list.
One would expect to have representatives *only* of chapters; perhaps 
some key ISOC staff, and perhaps ISOC Trustees, who come from chapters. 
If other people are on the list in "listening mode" - say, former 
Trustees, other Trustees, not elected by chapters, that should be said. 
But there are some cultures, where there's a strong respect to 
leadership (authority), or older generations, and if people with such 
background are on this list, they may decide not to comment, if they see 
comments from such people.

My questions are still valid - are there people on this list, who should 
not be.
