[Chapter-delegates] What should ISOC's future goals be? How can we work toward achieving them as ISOC Chapters?

Robin Wilton was great (is he still with ISOC?) -- concise yet to the point,
very effective IMNHO.
And ... definitely +1 Veni. I've sent an email response to our regional list
(plain old email lists, rather than centralized platforms/fora are a wonderful
thing, perhaps the "saving grace" for the true IWN).
