[Chapter-delegates] UNCTAD calls on countries to make digital data flow for the benefit of all, because nequalities threaten wider divide as digital economy data flows surge

Which of course brings us to the question of new standards. Should those be
part of the Internet itself and be governed by the founding principles of
organizations such as ISOC? Or shall we start to look elsewhere for the
standard setting?
