[Chapter-delegates] [2021-2022-fincomm] Something to contemlate

At present, we do this, but in the form of the IRS Form 990.

The only way to add it to the annual report (the impact report, I think you mean) is to publish unaudited figures, because they are the only figures we have at that point. As long as people are ok with the annual report possibly being changed when the 990 comes out, I don’t object.

But what I’d _rather_ focus on is a live system that permits access essentially to the report the fincomm (and then board) gets quarterly. That way everyone could see our interim figures as we go. Sae had independently hit on this idea (it was music to my ears when she proposed it). She tells me we’re not very far from being able to support this but we are not yet.

We were waiting until the capacity to do this was ready so that we could present it to the board, but if you want us to pursue it just say the word.

Why doesn't ISOC publish in its Annual Report a financial statement of condition as measured at the end of the preceding year.  All corporations do this, and quite a few non-for-profits do also.
