[Chapter-delegates] Something to contemlate

Richard,

I'm thinking in advance of the preparation of the Annual Report.

Why doesn't ISOC publish in its Annual Report a financial statement of condition as measured at the end of the preceding year.  All corporations do this, and quite a few non-for-profits do also.  We have nothing to hide, and since we claim that transparency is one of our virtues, I would think that it would be a good thing to do. <http://do.cc/>

I propose that the budget committee ask the staff to do this, starting with the report of the calendar and fiscal) year 2021.
