Hope you are doing well!
As you mention in your email, I should update chapter records via the Chapter Portal (AMS) by 16 November.
Within the board, nobody has historical memory of how it was done in previous years.
It would be very helpful if you let me know if we are missing some topics for evaluation

The performance evaluations help identify the areas in which the chapters need most support to improve (e.g. engagement, outreach, governance, etc.), and to receive Badge Awards reflecting their successes by the end of the year. The level of Badge Awards has an impact on the amount of chapter admin funding chapters will be able to apply for in the coming year.
