May be a separate page, where such communication is being kept? Attempts
by governments around the world to control the Internet, and the
reaction against that by ISOC (regional/chapters/etc.) is always good
for other regions.

Ah, OK, good to know that they sign on behalf of the organization.

Well, that's where you can count on the chapters to let you know - else,
some people may think that Canada has a special importance (similar to
what Bulgaria has for me;-).

Indeed. Perhaps this conversation, in the delegates' list, could trigger
other chapters to be also more engaged and active, if they know they can
count on ISOC's shoulder if they are in need of support.

This was way back, and we got support by Vint Cerf and Don Heath (then
President & CEO); the intervention helped us a lot; today's ISOC is
quite different.
