[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Submission to the ITU Second Open Online Consultation on the Draft Guidelines for the Utilization of the GCA

Thank you my friend for your answer,

please take a look to the Resolution 130(the whole doc) and you can easily
conclude that what ISOC mentioned in the submission it's only ISOC
interpretation of this resolution and non consesual conclusion, and this
what I would like to avoid.
