[Chapter-delegates] Jane Coffin is no longer at ISOC

Hi, Veni!

As a Founding Director of Armenian Internet Exchange Foundation-ARMIX, I
want to share our deep appreciation to all the support that came from Jane
and ISOC to the establishment of our IXP. It is not about the finance only,
but also about the passion she shared with us for the development of
Internet, importance of cooperation and the first step you should do to
start a journey.

And we believe, that we will meet Jane again in this new, digital world.
