Hello!

Luis Miguel my congratulations!!!

@Veni in this helection the voting % of chapters is very high, one of the
highest I can remember. (other % years before were 100 chapters or below
this number)

*Voter turn-out in the Chapters election was 93%. Of the 122 eligible
chapters, 114 voted.*

So very few chapters did not vote.
