Thanks for the email, Andrew.
I don't think anyone expects that you - or anyone on the BoT - will be
seen as "trying to influence the make-up of the Board", and why would
they?!
As I wrote to George, and reconfirm here - if the Governance Reform WG
decides that it's in the interest of the organization and its relations
with one of the key constituencies, and reaches out to the chapters, I
hope that enough of us will respond and join the discussion.
