Well, not "whatever".  Membership organizations generally have rules about them.  One particular issue is voting and quorum.  I will note that the Internet Society does not have a sterling history there, where various bodies fail to make quorum for even significant issues.  As organizations get very large, this can be a serious impediment to business.  So it is not a simple question.  In any case,

The Board has been working on it, but I can't respond about the timeline.  It's something I know the Chair has been pressing Trustees on, and I anticipate there will be movement soon.
