[Chapter-delegates] Chapter Performance Evaluations: Final results now available

Hi Christine,

First, congrats to all Chapters/SIGs for their achievements!

The only Chapter I can can click through to is A11ySIG, for which I am
admin. Is there any way to check the status of other Chapters of which I'm
a member?

I seem to recall I could before, but it's not working for me right now.

How about Chapters/SIGs of which I am not a member?
