Dear Colleagues,
This is to let you know that the Chapter Performance evaluation results are now final. The evaluation status as well as the badges are now reflected in your Chapters’ and SIGs’ records.
Out of the 124 Chapters and 10 Special Interest Groups, 89 Chapters/SIGs are marked as “in good standing” following the evaluations and 88 Chapters/SIGs also obtained a badge:
- 57 reached a Gigabit Badge
- 18 reached a Megabit Badge
- 8 reached a Kilobit Badge
- 5 reached a Bit Badge
Congratulations to all the Chapters & SIGs who earned a badge!!!
These badges are now valid for one year and we will shortly also share visual badges that your Chapter/SIG is then free to use in your communications.
Note: only Chapters marked as “in good standing” under Part 1 of the evaluations were eligible for a badge.
You can find your Chapter/SIG results here:
- Log into MemberNova<https://admin.internetsociety.org/622619/User/Login>
- Choose your Chapter under "My Chapters and Special Interest Groups (SIG)"
Once you’re on your Chapter Dashboard, do the following:
- click on "My Chapter Profile"
- then click on the "Evaluations" tab there
- under "Chapter/SIG Evaluations History", look for the "January 2020" round & click on "View"
If your Chapter is now marked as "in pre-rejuvenation", this means that it didn't meet at least one of the 7 basic criteria for a Chapter to be considered as in good standing.
Chapters/SIGs in “pre-rejuvenation” now have 3 months (i.e. until 30 April 2020) to regain an "in good standing" status (see also the rejuvenation process outlined here<https://www.internetsociety.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/ISOC_-Chapter_rejuvenation_process.pdf>). Please reach out to the Community Engagement Manager of your region to work on a plan in that regard, we’d be very happy to help.
