Dear Nico,

Will the session be broadcasted/livestreamed online? If yes, can we  
have a link, as the subject interests me?

Portugal does have an Government runned digital identity system:  
https://www.autenticacao.gov.pt. In September is was revealed that it  
was sharing data with Facebook. Bellow is a piece of news (in  
Portuguese...):
