[Chapter-delegates] Digital identity

Dear All,

Tomorrow, Lucien Castex and I will answer the questions of the french
parliament about « Digital identity ».

Some questions are :
- What is digital identity ?
- how to deploy a safe digital identity service ?
- is this service should be created and deployed by the Government ?
- how to ensure or conciliate digital identity and privacy ?
...

If you have some good or bad examples in your country, your experience and
feedback will be appreciate.
