[Chapter-delegates] New information and date for the PIR call for Chapter Leaders

Dear Chapter Leaders, 
 
I am writing to let you know that there is an announcement that will be made in the next few days (expected on February 25th) that would influence the future operation of .ORG in the event the transaction proceeds.  
 
In light of this pending announcement, I would like to move our scheduled conversation on PIR to Friday, February 28th so that you have some time to consider the information.
 
I do apologize for the date change, however I would like to ensure that you have the latest information on the proposed PIR transaction to make the call as useful as possible for you as Chapter leaders. 

I understand that there is currently a consensus call on a set of recommendations/advice for the Board of Trustees related to PIR and ISOC governance. Please consider the new forthcoming information in your deliberations on the recommendations/advice as it will provide a more rounded view on the future of PIR and .ORG, and may address some of the questions that you may have.
