[Chapter-delegates] Letter to ISOC &ISOC Board of Trustees

Dear Collegues,

Wadnazai Ndlovu (ChAC member-Africa) requested that I forward this letter
to you. Against COVID-19 background,I wrote this letter to Andrew
Sullivan(Sara Armstrong and ISOC BOT seeking their intervention.

However, it appears that some of you were unble to open the letter via
google doc.I am therefore re-attaching it in a pdf format. I hope you will
be able to open it this time around.
