Dear Joly,
After this webinar(in the email thread below), I could learn many things
and explore things in research. I am needing your help, particularly to
this case and region. Which you can find from my content below. :

There are many differences in the community that needs to be coped up. ISOC
is one of such important platforms for it. We should establish this from
our professions, community efforts, and all possible means. With this
philosophy, I have chosen a task to support the countries that lack
cybersecurity capabilities. via academic means.

There are many countries lacking cybersecurity capabilities in Africa and
other parts of the world.

---------------------Your few minutes can bring an impact on this academic
research and create a big difference for the cybersecurity initiating
countries.

This is an academic project on Cyber Security that aims to prepare *'Guidelines
and Framework for the countries initiating security management, incident
response, and digital forensic investigation.*' This will help the
countries with a guideline/framework that they can follow with ease.

*Would you mind filling this form? (and/or) May I also request your help
forwarding this form in your network and among your friends in Africa
region/others. Also in the ISOC network(if possible). *

-------------------------------------

This project has ethical approval and the data collected will be used only
for this purpose.

*Regards,*

Suvash Khadka
