     *   Advice: “We reiterate that the Board charters a small group comprised of members of the Board and members of the Advisory Committees (ACs) to consider possible changes to ISOC’s Bylaws that would strengthen the roles of the ACs in general and the Chapters in particular.”

A total of 73 chapters (68% of 107 with assigned delegates or 58% of 126 active) participated in the vote call during the period 21 April 2020 to 28 April 2020, inclusive. The vote was quorate by 384% (73/19).
